Our Founders and Instructors

We are proud to represent a community of citizen scientists who have learned many lessons in the field and from academia.

Our goal is to help grow an ecosystem approach to education, where we recognize the importance of community in education.

Instructors are essential in hands-on lab education because they provide guidance, support, expertise, feedback, assessment, motivation, engagement, safety, and risk management to the community. They help to ensure that everyone gains a deep understanding of the subject matter while also developing the practical skills necessary for success in their future goals.
